Placing an Order

Visit our homepage and click "Design Now." The process varies by product type:

For Stock Shapes or Retail Ready Stock Shapes:

1. Select your desired shape
2. Choose fragrance(s) and quantity for your design
3. Design your air freshener (for Retail Ready Stock Shapes, you'll also design the retail card)
4. Approve your design
5. Add to cart and proceed to checkout

For Custom Shapes:

Choose from three cropping methods:

Assisted Cropping (Coming Soon):

• We'll send your photo to a designer who will crop the image for you
• You'll receive a proof email within 24-48 hours
• Select fragrance, crop type, and quantity
• Upload your image and add to cart

Automatic Cropping:

• AI instantly detects and crops your image
• Select image type: face (with or without hair), pet heads/bodies, or cars
• Upload your photo and frame the area you want to make into a freshener
• Start automatic cropping (if the image isn't recognized, select a new photo or use freehand cropping)
• Approve your design and preview the final product
• Select fragrance(s) and quantity, then add to cart

Freehand Cropping:

• Manually trace the image you want to crop
• Upload your photo and frame the area you want to make into an air freshener
• Trace the image manually
• Approve your design and preview the final product
• Select fragrance(s) and quantity, then add to cart
