• Design Changes After Ordering

  Need to change your design after ordering? Email us before printing starts and we'll send a link to edit. May cause a 24-hour hold and delay your ship date.

• Minimum Order Quantity

  Learn the minimum order quantities for custom air fresheners. Custom shapes start at 1 piece, stock shapes at 3 or 50, and retail ready stock shapes at 50.

• Order Cancelation

  Need to cancel your order? Email us immediately with your order number. If production hasn't started, we can cancel and issue a full refund.

• Order Status

  Track your custom air freshener order through each production stage. Get email updates for printing, cutting, stringing, packaging, and shipping.

• Reorder A Previous Design Or Order

  Learn how to reorder a previous design or entire order at Make My Freshener. Easily reorder from your profile under Orders or Designs.

  All items are custom-made and sales are final. Contact support within 7 days of delivery for quality issues and we'll work to resolve them.
