Sending a Gift to a Different Address
If your order is a gift where you need to send it directly to the gifted, please follow these steps:
- Go to your cart (for instructions, follow our Creating & Placing an Order) and click on "+ Add address"
- Provide the full delivery address, including all required details, for where you would like the gift sent. Under "Location nickname", make sure to type the name of the gifted. Save it!
- Along with your order, we will send you a Packing Slip that contains your order information such as Customer Name, Order Number, Shipping Method, Shipping Address, Item Description(s), Quantity (QTY), Weight per Box, Number of Boxes and so forth.
The name highlighted in red is the name listed on your profile. This is the name that will appear on the Packing Slip included with your order.
The name highlighted in blue under Location is the nickname you selected when entering the shipping address.
If you prefer that your personal name does not appear on the Packing Slip (for example, if this is a gift), please send us a message. We can update it to match the location nickname instead.
