Lost or Delayed Order

After Your Order Ships: Delivery becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

First Steps: If your package is delayed or lost, contact the shipping carrier first.

  • If carrier confirms order is lost, we'll remake and reship at no charge
  • For orders marked "Delivered" but not received, we may offer one-time courtesy replacement after verifying address
