Designing Different Retail Cards for Different Fragrances
If you'd like two separate retail cards with different designs (for example, different text for different fragrances), each item in your cart needs its own unique design. This is important to know before duplicating — if you duplicate a cart item and then edit its retail card design, both the original and the duplicate will update, since they share a linked design.
Here's how to set up two independently designed retail cards:
- Complete your first design. Finish designing your freshener and retail card, then add it to your cart.
- Start a fresh retail card for your second design. Go back to the shop page and begin a new retail card order — don't duplicate your existing cart item.
- Approve a blank freshener. You won't need to redesign the freshener itself, so click "Approve" with a white/blank freshener design, then proceed to the retail card designer.
- Design and approve your second retail card. Once complete, add it to your cart.
- Contact support. Reach out to us with your order and we'll swap the blank freshener on your new item with your original freshener design.
